How do I request a refund for my Air Apps One subscription?

If you need to request a refund for your Air Apps One subscription, please remember that all payments are handled by Apple. Because of this, Air Apps cannot process refunds on your behalf.

To request a refund, follow these steps:

1. Open a browser and visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
3. Find the subscription purchase you want to refund.
4. Click 'Report a Problem' next to that purchase.
5. Select 'I’d like to request a refund' from the dropdown.
6. Choose your reason, then click 'Next.'
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your request.

For additional assistance, we suggest contacting Apple Support directly, as they ultimately decide whether to grant a refund. Air Apps has no control over Apple’s refund decisions.
