If you need to request a refund for your Air Apps One subscription, please remember that all payments are handled by Apple. Because of this, Air Apps cannot process refunds on your behalf.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Open a browser and visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and password.
- Find the subscription purchase you want to refund.
- Click 'Report a Problem' next to that purchase.
- Select 'Iโd like to request a refund' from the dropdown.
- Choose your reason, then click 'Next.'
- Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your request.
For additional assistance, we suggest contacting Apple Support directly, as they ultimately decide whether to grant a refund. Air Apps has no control over Appleโs refund decisions.
