Follow the steps to view, change, or cancel your subscriptions.
If you don't see the "Cancel Subscription" option, it may mean that the subscription has already been canceled or has expired. In this case, you will need to renew the subscription if you want to continue using it.
Please note that Air Apps is not able to manage or cancel your subscription for you. This must be done directly through your Apple ID. If you are having trouble canceling a subscription or if you have any other questions regarding your cancellation, you can contact Apple Support for assistance.
On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- Go to Settings > [your name]
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
- Scroll to Subscriptions, then tap it.
- Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
If you're being charged for a subscription, but you don't see it in your list of subscriptions, it might be billed through someone other than Apple. - Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
On your Mac
- Open App Store
- From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, choose Account > View My Account.
- Sign in with your Apple ID, then click View Account.
- On the Account Information page, scroll to the Settings section. To the right of Subscriptions, Click Manage.
- To the right of the subscription that you want to manage, click Edit.
